This was a new client and DPP were approached as the client was looking for a new M & E contractor to help with reactive call outs and small project works.
Following a reactive call out, the kitchen extract fan had burnt out and the kitchen closed due to the safety device being activated. With the clients approval a new fan was swiftly delivered to site from DPP stores. This resulted in minimal downtime and site back trading same day.
