Why is EICR important?

Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) are a legal requirement. The Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 (EAWR) state that all electrical installations must be inspected and tested regularly to ensure they are safe. EICRs are the most effective way to meet this requirement.
